We have several exciting opportunities for Senior Legal Professionals to join the Banking & Finance team in our Belfast office. We are keen to speak with candidates who are non-qualified or qualified up to 1 year PQE with experience in Banking and Finance law.
What you will do
As a Senior Legal Professional you will work across a wide range of matters including; funds reviews, corporate lending, real estate finance, transaction management, lender checklists and structured aviation finance. There may also be opportunity to specialise in a specific area.
In this role you will work with a growing team of Legal Professionals and with offices across the global network on client matters, supporting multiple practice groups. You will have a high level of interaction with counterparts in other offices to enable you and your colleagues to operate as fully integrated members of matter teams. In the early stages of engagement, this will include scoping, mapping work and monitoring capacity.
