Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Lettings Consultant located at our South Oxhey branch. The Senior Lettings Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to property letting, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating rental terms, and assisting our exciting growth path.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of lettings regulations
- Experience in property letting and client management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in property management software
- Minimum 2 years experience within lettings
- Knowledge of local area
