Senior Litigation Paralegal – Litigation & Dispute Resolution (Debt & Commercial)
Location: Leicester HQ (Office-based, Monday to Friday)

Are you an energetic and confident litigation professional ready to advance your career? We are seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join a busy Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, reporting to the Head of Debt. This role involves managing a caseload of pre-action and litigated matters within the debt and commercial function.
Candidate Profile
- CILEx-qualified or studying, with strong litigation experience and the ability to work independently.
- Confident court advocate with solid knowledge of CPR.
- Experience in energy debt litigation is a plus.
- Ambitious, motivated, proactive team player with excellent organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough case reviews and manage all pre-action and post-litigation procedures.
- Issue Court Actions and pursue enforcement options, including handling Summary Judgments, Statutory Demands, and Winding Up petitions.
- Prepare and draft court documents such as Replies to Defences, Witness Statements, Disclosure schedules, and court Bundles.
- Manage a diverse caseload covering small claims, fast/intermediate track, and multi-track claims.
- Lead and participate in mediations and negotiate settlements.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
- Conduct legal research, apply Civil Procedure Rules (CPR), and advocate confidently in court.
- Utilize case management systems efficiently to support a high volume of claims.
- Deliver commercial litigation services supporting the growth and protection of the client base.
