Job Description
As a Senior Manager Agile Program Management, you will lead large-scale initiatives by
applying agile principles to deliver high-impact programs. Your leadership will drive the
seamless execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with organizational
goals and fostering a culture of agility and collaboration. You will drive the success of
strategic initiatives by fostering alignment, transparency, and collaboration across crossfunctional teams. You will leverage Agile methodologies to optimize program execution and
deliver high-value outcomes for clients and stakeholders
Your Impact
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in program management or agile leadership roles, with
demonstrated success in managing large-scale programs.
- Deep understanding of agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and program
management methodologies.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and drive
accountability.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a talent for
influencing senior leaders.
- Proficiency in program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Rally.
- Expertise in identifying and managing risks and dependencies in complex projects.
- Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with cross-functional
teams.

- Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or other advanced agile certifications.
- Experience in marketing or creative domains, managing programs involving diverse
teams and deliverables.
- Proven track record of delivering value-driven outcomes in digital transformation
initiatives.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices to support agile
transformations.
- Strong analytical mindset, leveraging KPIs to measure and optimize program success.
