About the Role:

Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Intelligence and Marketing head to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge marketing BI solutions. You will manage a talented team of BI specialists, designing scalable, self-serve analytics platforms using tools like Power BI and Tableau. Your insights will empower real-time decision-making across digital channels, CRM, and ATL marketing initiatives.

Your expertise in data sources such as Adobe, Google, and media platforms, alongside experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), will be instrumental. Collaborating closely with technical and data leadership teams, you'll ensure the BI infrastructure remains innovative, secure, and aligned with emerging trends like generative BI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy aligned with marketing and business goals
• Lead the creation of user-friendly, insightful dashboards and reports
• Leverage SME knowledge of key data sources and GCP for optimal data integration
• Drive partnerships with platform and CDAO teams to enhance BI infrastructure
• Promote continuous learning and adoption of new BI tools and technologies, including emerging generative AI solutions
• Mentor and motivate the BI team, cultivating a culture of innovation and excellence
• Maintain data governance standards to safeguard data accuracy, security, and integrity
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure timely, accurate reporting

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in BI and reporting within marketing or media environments
• Deep understanding of digital marketing performance metrics
• Skilled in SQL, Python, R, and data visualisation platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
• Demonstrated success in embedding real-time, AI-driven insights into business decision processes
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills (10+ years in a senior role)
