• Coordinate end-to-end regulatory capital submissions by organising resources efficiently and maintaining high standards throughout each stage.
• Engage proactively with external regulators such as the PRA and Lloyd's to ensure compliance and foster positive relationships.
• Collaborate closely with independent risk teams to facilitate thorough validation processes and transparent reporting.
• Coach team members for success by providing guidance, feedback, and support in their professional development.
• Champion sound risk management practices across all aspects of capital modelling activities.
• Utilise advanced analytical thinking to interpret financial data and inform key business decisions.
