Key Responsibilities Summary Of Role
This role leads the internal communications strategy at Sage—shaping how we connect, inform, and inspire our global teams. It’s all about making sure the right messages reach the right people, at the right time, in the right way.
What I Will Be Doing
You’ll be setting the content and channel strategy for internal communications, aligning it closely with Sage’s business goals and strategic priorities. You'll lead major moments in the colleague experience—like company-wide kickoffs, campaigns, and live broadcasts—while managing an editorial calendar that brings clarity and consistency. You’ll work closely with regional teams to translate business priorities into engaging, integrated storytelling, while constantly reviewing data and feedback to improve what we do. You’ll also mentor a talented team, oversee leadership communications, and ensure everything runs smoothly—on time, on message, and on budget.
What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a seasoned internal communications leader with a strategic mindset and a sharp eye for content. You’re experienced in driving employee engagement across global teams, confident managing complex communications, and passionate about crafting experiences that connect people to purpose. You’ll be skilled in data-driven planning, team leadership, and navigating cross-functional relationships. Creativity, clarity, and confidence are key.
