Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
- Support the social media strategies for DXC’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok) by leading on content creation.
- Create visuals that build brand awareness, support sales enablement and thought leadership.
- Ability to remain agile and work as a part of a distributed and integrated team
- Highly skilled with content creation tools used by DXC including Canva and Adobe.
- Proficient in distilling complex topics and conceptualizing creative ideas to best communicate them on social channels.
- Collaborate with members of greater Marketing and Communications function with the goal of gathering visuals that can be used on social channels.
- Consistent execution of best-in-class visuals to ensure goal of world class channels.
- Select support additional content needs of Corporate Communications team – e.g. thumbnails for press releases, content for members of GLT to post on their channels.
- Support Marketing and Communications teams who are prime on content gathering with insights on what content to capture to enable the creation of worldclass social visuals.
- Become proficient in other aspects of social media ecosystem and workflow – Sprinklr etc.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 15+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
- Proven experience working in an integrated Marketing and Communications function or similar matrixed organization
- Proven track record of worldclass content creation
- Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
