The Role
This role allows you to oversee the EMEA region of one of our most high‑profile client partnerships with Goldman Sachs. You’ll help pioneer new solutions and technologies, while leading a growing team and supporting Goldman Sachs in delivering Campus Services.
As an Early Careers & Campus Senior Manager, you'll be accountable for operational delivery, budget management, team management, relationship management and leadership of the Early Careers & Campus function delivering services to the client; effectively leading and partnering closely with the campus leadership team.
You will also support the Senior Manager and Client Operations Director in developing the talent strategy for the account and in driving the achievement of all contractually agreed quality thresholds, KPIs, and client satisfaction targets.
