The Senior Manager will take on a key role within our Motorsport team, with responsibility for developing and implementing events, hospitality programmes and brand experiences, at and away from track, with support from junior team members. This role will be reporting to Director, Motorsport Events.
What You Will Be Doing
Strive to meet client KPI’s and ensure activity is effectively measured.Work across additional client programmes and activations as required.Thorough understanding of client budget parameters.Continually seek cost saving measures and opportunitiesPursue opportunities to grow business organicallyMonitor and approve spending of direct reportsManage team members, ensuring that tasks are being completed correctly, efficiently and timelyPromote conflict resolution amongst staff, and recommend and manage solutionsRegular interactions with Account Director to ensure client goals are managed consistentlyRegular interactions with Director and Head of Events - Motorsport to ensure best practice delivered across all events and hospitality programmes delivered for clients Additional ResponsibilitiesSupport collation and management of Motorsport events documents, trackers, templates and planning materialsProactively identify and share relevant partner newsRelationship management with key events suppliers in F1 and motorsport networkDevelop clear and concise internal and external presentations and reporting Attention to detail and organisation criticalPlease Note: International travel will be required in the delivery of client activations and events
