This role is part of our People Function Portfolio Management Office team, which supports the planning and delivery of our People change priorities. We provide consistent tools, support and guidance to ensure that all our people project activities are co-ordinated across all the different functions, divisions, and regions, while maintaining overall People Function oversight.
You will be assigned to lead a wide variety of our global People Function strategic projects / programmes.
Role Purpose: Drives the delivery of assigned programmes/projects to achieve strategic objectives and transformational change that is timely, in budget and within scope.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Lead complex, large-scale programmes / projects that involve multiple senior internal and external collaborators / customers.
- Monitors overall progress of the programme/project, with particular focus on budgets, key milestones, resources, risks and dependencies
- Develops project artifacts, integrated project plans, resource and contingency plans (as needed), ensuring they are detailed and that risk management processes are in place.
- Promotes and fosters collaboration across stakeholders, and gaining commitments to ensure corrective actions take place if required
- Collaborates with the wider People Function PMO and People Function to ensure projects within the programme achieve objectives and align with business priorities
- Leads and coaches project team members, setting performance and delivery expectations to yield positive results
- Provides programme reporting and status to senior management
Skills And Experiences
- Experience working on HR projects. Knowledge of end-to-end HR processes, policies and/or procedures.
- Experience implementing organisational change.
- Significant experience in project or programme management
- Experience of Project Management methodologies and tools, i.e. Smartsheet, Microsoft Project.
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint.
