About The Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Manager, Program/Project Management to join our transformation team. This role is pivotal in driving data-informed decisions, optimizing processes, and supporting the successful implementation of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. You will work cross-functionally to ensure program intelligence, stakeholder alignment, and measurable impact.
How will you make an impact?
- Data Analysis & Research: You’ll gather and synthesize data from multiple sources to support transformation recommendations, conduct performance analysis, and benchmark against industry best practices.
- Business Case Development & Scenario Analysis: You’ll support the creation of business cases, perform ROI and risk assessments, and develop scenario frameworks to guide leadership decisions.
- Data Management & Program Intelligence: You’ll maintain program data repositories, build dashboards, and generate insights to track progress and identify risks and opportunities.
- Implementation & Transition Support: You’ll collaborate with teams to embed new ways of working, monitor delivery metrics, and provide real-time feedback to leadership.
- Process Documentation & Mapping: You’ll document current state workflows and structures, create process maps and system diagrams, and support gap analysis for future state design.
- Stakeholder Support: You’ll assist in stakeholder engagement activities, change impact assessments, and prepare high-quality briefing materials and reports.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in program/project management within a transformation or change environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience in developing business cases and conducting scenario analysis.
- Proficiency in creating dashboards and managing program intelligence tools.
- Excellent documentation and process mapping capabilities.
- Strong communication skills and experience supporting senior stakeholders.

We are committed to fair, transparent pay, and we strive to provide competitive compensation in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. The range below represents Wiley's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting roles either in the United Kingdom, Canada or USA. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.

Salary Range
56,000 GBP to 80,933 GBP
