The Role:
As the Senior Manager, Strategic Data Initiatives you will lead a high-performing team of Managers responsible for the intake, triage, objective & value-based prioritisation and timely execution of enterprise-wide strategic data initiatives. These initiatives are critical in supporting the achievement of AMS’ overarching business goals and enhancing our client outcomes across key Talent Acquisition (TA) metrics. Your Team will serve as a strategic enabler, bringing together cross-functional teams to support the delivery of key initiatives, enhancing AMS’ capabilities for data-driven decision-making and ensuring scalable strategic data initiative delivery across our Global RPO operations.
Responsible for the overall delivery of the strategic data initiatives team, you will lead the overall roadmap for enterprise-wide strategic data initiatives, collaborating with all relevant AMS teams, translating requirements in to specified deliverables, ensuring relevant initiative tracking, documentation & associated communication of progress to all parties and that new ways of working (People, Process & Technology) are successfully integrated into both AMS & client solutions where required. The role is essential for driving operational excellence, ensuring impactful, compliant and scalable data solutions are delivered for AMS and our Clients.
