As the Senior Marketer, you will be responsible for driving all marketing initiatives across EMEA for our Professional Services division. This will include playing a key role with our partners in the marketing technology arena.
You will support the Partnerships and Alliances organization while also leading direct-to-market (D2M) marketing efforts for Acxiom’s professional services portfolio. As part of the EMEA marketing team, you will collaborate closely with sales, partner and product management, customer success, and sales enablement teams to deliver integrated marketing strategies that support both partner-led and direct-to-client growth.
You will lead outbound marketing activities, co-marketing with our partners, and direct promotion of Acxiom’s services to market. This includes developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Services Marketing (Direct-to-Market):
- Lead marketing strategy and execution for Acxiom’s professional services portfolio across EMEA, targeting direct clients and prospects.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Create compelling content and messaging tailored to verticals, buyer personas, and stages of the customer journey.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline and revenue goals.
- Leverage digital channels, events, and account-based marketing (ABM) to drive demand and accelerate sales cycles.
Partner Marketing:
- Plan, develop, and execute launch plans for strategic partners (e.g., Salesforce, Google, Adobe), aligning with sales goals and partner objectives.
- Collaborate with partner marketing teams to build joint value propositions, messaging, and co-marketing plans.
- Support partner GTM efforts through events, digital campaigns, social media, PR/comms, and more.
- Develop partner-facing content including videos, sales enablement tools, training materials, newsletters, and thought leadership.
- Track and report on KPIs and performance of partner programs.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
As part of the Acxiom Global Marketing team, you will also:
- Operate as part of the global marketing function to ensure alignment on messaging and coordinated activities.
- Support internal and external communications, including corporate and partner portals, enablement tools, and program updates.
- Work with legal and procurement to ensure compliance and governance across all marketing activities
- Partner with finance to ensure tracking to budget and accounting for all spend for the partner and professional services division in EMEA.
SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in partner marketing within a professional services, marketing agency or data environment
- Strong familiarity with the martech landscape e.g., CDPs, cloud providers, sales, commerce, content & experience
- Experience with digital marketing, campaign execution, and content development.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with a proactive, creative, and resourceful approach.
- Collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- CIM qualification or equivalent preferred
