Senior Analyst - Marketing Mix Modelling
Up to £65,000 * Permanent * 4 days per week in Hammersmith
A fast-growing media & entertainment business is expanding its Marketing Analytics function and is looking for a technically strong Senior Analyst with deep experience in Marketing Mix Modelling, experimentation, and advanced analytics. This is an opportunity to join a young, evolving analytics team where you'll help shape measurement frameworks, build new capabilities, and influence high-visibility commercial decisions.
The Role
You will support the development and delivery of the company's media measurement agenda, owning MMM models, designing tests (geo-testing, A/B testing), and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders. You'll work closely with Marketing, Commercial, Ad Sales, Finance, and analytics colleagues globally, ensuring the business can accurately measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Build, refine and maintain MMM models to quantify marketing effectiveness
Design and evaluate experiments including A/B tests and geo-testing
Analyse campaign performance and provide clear, strategic recommendations
Partner with stakeholders across marketing, commercial and ad sales teams
Translate complex analytical work into simple, compelling stories
Collaborate with internal US teams on modelling and measurement initiatives
About You
Proven experience in Marketing Mix Modelling and experimentation
Strong technical skills in SQL (must be able to perform well in a live SQL test)
Proficiency in R or Python for modelling and analytics
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to turn data into insight and influence commercial decisions
Curious, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment
