We’ve partnered with a globally recognised, consumer-facing organisation to hire a Senior Marketing Effectiveness Manager who will sit at the heart of strategic decision-making.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at turning complex marketing data into clear, commercial insight and influencing senior stakeholders.

You'll be owning how marketing performance is measured across multiple markets, designing frameworks, dashboards, and reporting that shape investment decisions and growth.

What you’ll be doing as a Senior Marketing Effectiveness Manager:

• Owning and evolving marketing effectiveness frameworks across channels and regions
• Designing dashboards and performance reviews that track tangible insights
• Translating data into compelling narratives for senior leadership
• Partnering closely with Marketing, Finance, Data and Tech teams
• Ensuring data accuracy by integrating internal and external sources

Key Requirements for a Senior Marketing Effectiveness Manager:

• Experience in marketing effectiveness, analytics, strategy or consulting
• Solid understanding of media performance, ROI, CAC and related metrics
• Skilled in BI tools, Excel and automated reporting
