The Role

The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and implementing our employer brand strategies, attracting new employees to the organisation. This position plays a pivotal role in developing and maintaining a strong employer brand identity, that resonates with our prospective colleague audiences.

As a newly established role, there’s an opportunity to make a real impact in the organisation, working collaboratively with the Senior Marketing Manager and the Recruitment Marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the delivery of the annual employer marketing plan to help deliver business growth objectives.
• Work with a cross-functional team to create and deliver a programme of promotion that reflects our developing strategy.
• Support the development of the Employer Brand and delivery of the subsequent marketing plan.
• Lead the creation and implementation of Employer Brand Marketing activities, working closely with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and implement a programme of trade shows and sponsorships, working with the Recruitment Marketing team.
• Support our dental practices to deliver effective referral events.
• Work with Learning & Development and Operations to develop and manage a range of business development assets.
• Work collaboratively with the Creative, Recruitment, Operations and Internal Comms team to delivery engaging, integrated activity.
• Support the delivery of our external awards programme and make improvements for subsequent years.
• Report on campaign performance and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for future marketing initiatives.
• Proactively engage with Operations, Practices, Internal Comms, HR and Clinical team to foster effective working relationships.
• Attending meetings with key stakeholders within BDC to understand the impact of
• B2B activities and identify future opportunities.
• Present marketing plans at wider company meetings, gain feedback and executional insight.
• Work with agency partners, insights team, and complete desk research to understand the employer market, including any competitor, legal, technological, economic and social changes to ensure business opportunities are not lost.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and standards,
• maintaining Bupa’s reputation for high-quality care.

Skills/Experience

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a focus on integrated campaign management and strategic marketing is desirable
• Demonstrable event management experience.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing effective multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief to execution.
• Strong capability in managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to foster collaboration.
• Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimising spend to achieve maximum impact and ROI.
• Solid understanding of market research techniques and analytics tools to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.
• Relevant professional qualifications, such as a CIM certification, would be advantageous.
• Experience in a marketing executive role, advantageous if within healthcare and/or insurance or other FCA-regulated industries but not essential.
