The Role
As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. You will take ownership of all marketing efforts—both digital and offline—and be directly involved in day-to-day execution. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, content syndication, social media, paid ads, webinars) to generate qualified leads.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles, from brief development and content creation to launch and reporting.
- Use marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) for campaign setup, segmentation, and tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify improvements, and run A/B tests to optimise ROI.
Content Creation & Management
- Produce engaging B2B marketing content: blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, email newsletters, social posts, and video scripts.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, SEO-friendly, and aligned with audience personas.
- Collaborate with internal experts or external agencies as needed.
Digital Marketing
- Support SEO through keyword research, content optimisation, and performance analysis.
- Manage and improve paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
- Maintain and update website content using a CMS.
- Grow our social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track and report key metrics (website traffic, leads, conversions, MQLs) using tools like Google Analytics.
- Share regular performance updates with insights and recommendations.
- Analyse marketing data to guide future strategy.
Sales Enablement & Collaboration
- Create sales collateral (presentations, product sheets) to support outreach and conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align on lead quality and follow-up.
- Assist with webinars, virtual, and occasional in-person events.
Market Research
- Research market trends, competitors, and target audience insights to guide campaigns.
Experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven success in multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Pardot, Mailchimp) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho).
Marketing Expertise
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and SaaS funnel.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimisation.
- Experience in paid social or PPC is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Proficient with analytics tools (Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe basics) is a bonus.
