TEAM RESPONSIBLITIES:
The Marketing Intelligence and Reporting, EMEA team is a globally integrated team that works very closely with the US-based Marketing Intelligence team and the Annalect India team to deliver scalable solutions at a global level.
Our SME team provides deep expertise in selling and delivering several Omni client solutions. These solutions are major differentiators that puts Omnicom ahead of the competition. Specific responsibilities of the team are listed below.
To scope and deliver all Omni Data Ops and Reporting work for Omnicom clients, including:
- Data Taxonomies design & maintenance
- Data Governance and QA
- Dashboard design, build and maintenance
- Data Pipelines design & delivery
- Media Planning Tool Deployment and Maintenance
The Data Ops and Reporting team works very closely with the US Marketing Intelligence team and the Annalect India team to deliver scalable solutions at a global level.
Role Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Intelligence and Reporting Senior Director, who will work on supporting the Head of Marketing Intelligence and Reporting, EMEA in scoping and delivering all team solutions for one or more of Omnicom’s clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong oversight across business responsibilities, to the extent that challenges and opportunities are well understood, AND business-appropriate solutions connected to those challenges or opportunities are developed and brought to the SLT.
- Working closely with the Client Solutions team and SLT to raise challenges and/or opportunities for solutions to drive growth for the agency, or to increase productivity across our teams.
- Support the team to deliver data operations and reporting solutions globally for Omnicom client by leading xome client conversation as subject matter expert, and be responsible for successful scoping, execution, and delivery of the projects.
- Ensure that team output is of the highest standard by setting the standard for the work and improving the output across all specialisms in the team as required.
- Know the ambition of the clients’ business, and the individual motivations of all key stakeholders. Set the vision and tone of the client relationship and Build relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Maintain strong connections with other agencies and Partner with Annalect’s global performance reporting teams to ensure all projects are appropriately priced, resourced and teams are onboarded in a timely manner
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between the client, agency teams, and all Annalect teams. Be responsible to identify and remove any blockers or risks in the projects
- Design solutions for data pipelines, data operations, reporting and underlying data infrastructure as a part of project scoping
- Exert strong positive influence over the professional development of the entire team – leading a collaborative environment where teammates actively look to support and develop others and taking personal responsibility for this culture.
- Looks to develop the skills needed in team members across the whole team. Plays a role in defining key skills all members of the team should develop (eg omni, design, product knowledge) and ensures there is a development programme for the team & account.
- Be part and drive the community meetings to drive expertise across the EMEA region. Responsible for ensuring there's a programme to knowledge share within the team and encourages others to participate. Keeps a track of the content within the programme and recommends new topics or content to those running the session. leads by example on all training and development team wide.
- A thought-leader in the tools, processes, skills, platforms and systems required to deliver work within their specialism.
- Able to inspire other team members and empower them in their delivery of solutions and capabilities.
- Participate in regular performance feedback and PDP sessions to ensure your role and performance goals are tracked regularly, as well as a well-defined development track is established for you.
- Support in creating and delivering pitch content.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Minimum 8 years of experience in data operations, media operations, reporting, dashboarding, or a related business intelligence practice
- Experience of working in marketing communication companies is highly desirable
- Experience in campaign performance reporting or programmatic performance reporting is highly desirable
- Experience of leading a large team and mana ging operations in Reporting.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience of writing proposals with a variety of pricing components including, but not limited to, FTE rates, offshore rates, third party vendor costs, data infrastructure costs
- Proven track record of selling packaged reporting solutions by presenting the solution, demonstrating value and articulating competitive advantage over competitors’ solutions
- Strong functional understanding of reporting and governance.
- Ability to define and operationalise processes and best practices
- Ability to coordinate and effectively communicate across a wide range of geographically distributed teams – a master orchestrator

The EMEA team is responsible for global and regional client relationships led from London, as well as the development of new data-driven marketing capabilities. They form part of our global team and collaborate closely with local market Annalect teams across EMEA as well as regional Omnicom agency partners.
