Together, we move English language learning forward.
About the Role
As our new Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the global marketing strategy for the Oxford Test of English (OTE), driving, recognition and acceptance of the test across different segments and key international markets. This role strengthens OUP’s position in the global assessment landscape, particularly within higher education, while contributing to the growth of the wider assessment portfolio.
You will design and deliver full‑funnel marketing strategies, develop thought‑leadership programmes, and position Oxford English Assessment as an innovative, credible voice in the sector. Success relies on deep audience insight, effective multi‑channel execution, and strong collaboration across global marketing, sales, recognition, assessment, and education teams.
The role also owns the global assessment events strategy, ensuring a compelling presence at major industry events, and oversees integrated marketing activity across digital, print, content, and partnerships.
This is a six-month fixed term contract. We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
