RPS, a Tetra Tech company is looking for a
Senior Marketing Manager to join us either on a
full-time or part-time basis. This is a
12-month fixed term contract with the potential to become permanent.
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Marketing Director to shape and deliver the marketing and communications plan, while building and maintaining our market profile. This is a hands-on role, and you will have the opportunity to get stuck in across the full marketing mix, guiding and shaping tactical delivery in line with best practice.
With a commercial focus, and an ability to able to think broadly, quickly understand priorities, and join the dots, you will partner closely with key stakeholders to ensure marketing activity is closely aligned to our Business Development and Growth initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the development of the Operational Unit marketing plan, ensuring alignment with market opportunity, strategic priorities, brand values and tone of voice.
- Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business, defining and prioritising activity in alignment with the business strategy and key market growth areas
- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns and events across digital and traditional channels
- Research market trends and competitor positioning, analyse and use insights to shape best practice and drive continuous improvement across campaign, communications and digital workstreams
- Coordinate campaign activity within the marketing team, including scheduling and operational impacts, and producing briefs on messaging, copy and creative when required
- Oversee the quality of all content creation for strategic alignment, brand values, visual identity and tone of voice.
- Recruitment, line management, development and mentoring of junior team members as required
Who We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated success in a complex, multi-disciplinary organisation
- Substantial experience in a similar role, ideally in a B2B environment
- Demonstrable experience in creating, leading and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
- The ability to translate high-level business strategy into actionable marketing plans
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels
- Strong planning, organisational, analytical, and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident and capable leader with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members
- Experience working within marketing automation platforms (ideally Hubspot) is desirable
