As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Crux, you will be leading high-profile client projects whilst also having a key role in the development of the team’s capabilities and operating processes. You will lead from the front, consistently demonstrating excellence in analytical, creative and experimental skills to ensure the successful delivery of project work to your clients.

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in hands-on engineering roles with demonstrable achievements.
Technical leadership skills and an ambition to develop others in your areas of expertise.
A track record of excellence in technical work and communication.
Strong mathematical skills and ability to apply “first principles” to problems.
In-depth knowledge of a wide range of engineering processes.
Experience managing clients, customers or other external stakeholders.
Achieved a 1:1 or high 2:1 classification in a relevant accredited degree program.
Medical device experience and knowledge of ISO13485 would be highly advantageous.
Experience in a consultancy environment.
Experience in the medical, pharma or health industries.
