We are looking for a
Senior Medical and Performance Coordinator to provide senior level coordination and operational support across Sports Medicine, Science and Performance for the Men’s First Team, ensuring the effective delivery of clinical, performance, and administrative processes.

Your day-to-day
- Coordinate Sports Medicine operations – you'll act as the central coordinator for Sports Medicine team operations, ensuring seamless communication and workflow across medical, physiotherapy, and performance functions
- Align First Team medical activity – you'll work closely with physiotherapists and doctors to streamline coordination and ensure smooth information flow
- Build player relationships – you will foster strong relationships with players to support their medical and performance needs with professionalism and empathy
- Organise pre-season medical preparation – you'll coordinate medical screenings, pre-season logistics, and player communications alongside the Head of Physiotherapy and Soft Tissue Therapists
- Manage international duty updates – you will oversee information flow for player call-ups, ensuring timely communication with relevant departments
- Support pharmacy management – you'll assist Team Doctors with controlled drugs licence renewals, stocktakes, and liaising with external pharmacy consultants on policy updates
- Maintain medical records securely – you will ensure all Men’s First Team medical documentation complies with Club data protection policies, Premier League guidelines, and GDPR
- Manage anti-doping compliance – you'll oversee UEFA/FA submissions, player education, and updates for other National Anti-Doping Organisations (NADOs)
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in elite sport or healthcare – you'll have worked in a fast-paced medical, sports medicine, or team support role
- Trusted with sensitive data – you will demonstrate integrity and discretion when handling confidential medical records and personal information
- Operational coordination expertise – you'll have experience managing administration and logistics across multidisciplinary teams with high standards
- Strong organisational skills – you will be able to manage multiple priorities efficiently and proactively
- Effective stakeholder communication– you'll have a track record of working with internal staff, external consultants, suppliers, and governing bodies
- Digital systems proficiency – you will be confident using record systems, data platforms, or similar software tools
- Adaptable under pressure – you will thrive in high-performance environments with shifting deadlines and demands
