The role
We are now seeking to recruit a Senior MI/BI Developer to join the Bank's development team, based in the heart of Northamptonshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will gain extensive exposure working on our Data and Integration platforms in an innovative and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will create, manage and support data integration and BI solutions that turn data into knowledge that drives the Bank - and manage and mentor a small team of BI developers.

Salary: £70,000-76,000

What You Will Do
- Design, develop, build, test, deploy and support Informatica solutions to meet specific business requirements
- Own and administer the Informatica Cloud (IICS)
- Oversee the administration of the Power BI environment
- Lead and mentor the data management team, responsible for the Weatherbys PowerBI solution
What We Require From You
- 5+ years' experience of Informatica (ideally Certified Cloud Developer, Advanced - including design, develop, test, deployment and administration of Informatica cloud /Informatica PowerCenter and Scheduler)
- Experience in data modelling and data warehouse design
- Leading a data team that has delivered end to end data warehouse projects using Informatica Power Centre / Informatica Cloud BI / Power BI, from design phase to go-live and ongoing support
Beneficial Skills
- Knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric
- Exposure to DAX, Salesforce and/or OBIEE
- Financial services experience
