The Neonatal Community Outreach Team (NCOT) supports babies and their families across the Local Maternity and Neonatal System (LMNS). The Neonatal Community Outreach Team are based and hosted by UHCW, but work across George Eliot and South Warwickshire NHS Trust providing specialist community care for babies and their families.
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Neonatal Outreach Administrator to support with the clerical duties, data analysis and reporting of service delivery of the Neonatal Community Outreach Team.

The Senior Neonatal Outreach Administrator will work alongside the Neonatal Outreach Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Neonatal Community Outreach Team to ensure the smooth performance of their clinical duties.
The Neonatal Community Outreach Administrators are the first point of contact for parents/carers, team members and other members of the multi-disciplinary team. There is a high expectation to appropriately filter and deal with the complexity of enquires in a professional, sensitive, and timely manner.
The Senior Neonatal Outreach Administrator will take a lead on ensuring that all clinical documentation and databases are accurate, up to date, in an orderly fashion and audited regularly, reporting exceptional circumstances and discrepancies where necessary.
The Senior Neonatal Outreach Administrator will also be responsible for producing accurate detailed reports, spreadsheets, and service usage snapshots in a timely manner for audits and reviews of the Neonatal Outreach Service that will be used at managerial, network and board level.
