Our Knowsley Mental Health Recovery Team are looking to recruit a Senior Nurse Practitioners full time on a permanent contract. We are a supportive, and dedicated team and there will be opportunities for professional development within the role.
We are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse, to work alongside our large multidisciplinary team. A special interest in working in line with the referral and assessment pathway, clinics and supporting therapeutic interventions would suit the applicant and a full induction and training will be provided to the right candidate.
The post holder will support the Clinical Team Manager / deputy team manager in carrying continuing professional responsibility within their clinical expertise. They will also contribute to maintenance of providing overall standards, which will include supporting the referral / assessment pathway and delivery of care within the context of the Community Mental Health Framework.
The post holder will work within an integrated team to ensure continuity of care for service users on their journey through the acute service. The post holder will work from within the community environment and to be flexible in terms of delivering care within a variety of settings.
