Position Overview

We are looking for highly skilled senior onsite IT support engineers to strengthen our regional IT support teams across multiple global offices. In this role, you will be a key technical partner, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, delivering high-quality end-user support, and managing critical AV and VIP support requirements. This is a hands-on position in a dynamic, multicultural environment that requires advanced technical expertise, a strong service orientation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver onsite IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) support across endpoints and peripherals.
  • Set up, configure, diagnose, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and RF equipment.
  • Provide white-glove VIP support to executives and handle urgent escalations with professionalism.
  • Maintain and support AV/conference room technologies; resolve walk-up support requests effectively.
  • Execute depot services including device imaging, configuration, inventory tagging, shipment coordination, and lifecycle tracking.
  • Support IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning and deprovisioning in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and enterprise HRMS platforms.
  • Track and resolve incidents using ServiceNow while ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Participate in patch cycles, software deployments, and maintain endpoint compliance with security standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in onsite IT support or end-user computing environments.
  • Strong expertise with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
  • Working knowledge of networking (Cisco/Meraki), AV systems, and VoIP technologies.
  • Experience with support tools such as ServiceNow, ProxyPro, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), and MDM solutions (e.g., Ivanti).
  • Familiarity with IT asset management and frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse regions.
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, ITIL Foundation, etc.) are a plus.
  • Previous experience supporting senior executives or VIPs is highly desirable.
