We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Operations and Integration Specialist (IT-Focused) to join our team

General Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field
At least 5+ years of experience in operations and system integrations
Experience in designing and managing integration architectures across multiple systems
Advanced knowledge of APIs, data flows, integration architectures, and service-based structures
Advanced SQL querying and data analysis skills
Ability to act as a strategic bridge between technical and operational teams

Experience in process design, improvement, and automation

Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills

Ability to establish documentation standards and ensure sustainability

Job Description

Design and manage end-to-end integration processes between operations and IT systems
Define, standardize, and continuously improve integration architecture
Lead critical integration issues and drive solutions
Translate operational needs into technical solutions
Manage coordination between IT/software teams, external vendors, and business units
Provide technical and operational leadership in new system and integration projects
Manage go-live and post-launch stabilization processes
Mentor junior and mid-level team members
Measure process performance, prepare reports, and present them to senior management
