Due to sustained growth and strategic expansion, we are now seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our recruitment operations, drive performance across the business, and support our continued success on some of the UK’s most critical projects.

The Role: Senior Operations Manager – Recruitment

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing and optimising the full operational function of our recruitment business. You will work closely with the senior management team to implement strategy, improve service delivery, and lead high-performing teams across multiple divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the recruitment business
• Drive growth strategies in line with company goals and market demand
• Ensure delivery excellence across projects with Tier 1 clients
• Lead, mentor, and develop recruitment managers and teams
• Implement operational systems, reporting structures, and performance metrics
• Strengthen client relationships and ensure long-term partnerships
• Monitor compliance, contractual obligations, and commercial performance
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, and business development functions

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership or operational role within recruitment
• Strong knowledge of the UK recruitment market (ideally construction, engineering, or infrastructure)
• Experience managing and scaling high-performing teams
• Commercially driven with a strong track record of revenue growth
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• A strategic thinker with hands-on operational capability
