Job Overview
Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a motivated and forward-thinking Band 6 Senior Outpatient Dietitian to join our dynamic team for 7.5 hours per week on a fixed-term basis until 31st March 2026.
The successful candidate will lead on outpatient service development projects, including the redesign of the IBS pathway, while maintaining relevant clinical skills and contributing to direct patient care and triaging referrals. This role offers an excellent opportunity to strengthen service development expertise, build strong professional links across the Trust’s dietetic teams, and contribute to departmental meetings, student support, staff supervision, and data collection.

Main duties of the job
- Leading on various outpatient service development projects
- Maintaining relevant clinical skills related to role
- Attendance and contribution to relevant meetings
- This role may involve some direct outpatient activity as well as triaging of outpatient referrals
- Supporting students and providing staff supervision as required
- Be involved with data collection for the department
- Working with the Outpatient lead to help streamline services
