Overview
VMA Group are working with an agency that has fashion and retail clients to drive growth through performance marketing. Our clients are seeking a very competent Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to drive conversions for their clients/brands.
The successful candidate will oversee and enhance the client’s online presence, typically across the Paid Search & Paid Social media landscape, with a huge focus to TikTok. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and fostering positive relationships with our influencers and audience.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the brand’s identity and connect with the community through innovative digital strategies, orchestrating and directing shoots, and leveraging AI to produce a plethora of content required to succeed in an exciting market space.
Candidates should possess strong skills in paid search & social media management, with a passion for storytelling and brand promotion.
Be willing to be in the offices 5 days a week, and have a positive and progressive attitude towards their work. These types of roles do not come along often, and it’s truly to shape clients’ and brands' future business, as well as offering a great opportunity to work alongside the CEO within the business, too.

Salary: £75,000 - £80,000
