As Senior Paid Social Manager at Rise at Seven, you’ll be the driving force behind our paid performance across platforms, turning insight, creativity, and precision targeting into campaigns that deliver real business impact. You’ll lead paid social strategy and execution, ensuring every penny spent ladders up to brand and commercial goals.
Reporting into the Social & Campaign Director, you’ll translate brand and performance objectives into sharp, data-driven media strategies, overseeing planning, buying, optimisation, and reporting across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms - paid search experience is not a requirement but preferential. You’ll own client relationships on paid campaigns, ensuring we hit KPIs with consistency while pushing creative and media innovation.
Internally, you’ll collaborate with strategists and craft teams, primarily the social team to bring fully integrated campaigns to life, while building and developing the paid social function with our Social & Campaigns Director. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s as comfortable in Ads Manager as they are presenting results to clients.
