Who are you?

We’re looking for a talented and driven Senior Paid Social Media Executive to join our growing media team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your paid social career, working across global B2B clients, building performance-led campaigns, and helping shape the future of how we activate in paid social.

You’ll play a key role in the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit and emerging channels. You’ll work closely with our wider biddable team across social, search and programmatic, as well as collaborating with internal creative, content, strategy, and analytics teams to deliver world-class campaigns that drive results.

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about paid social and B2B marketing, confident working independently on end-to-end campaigns, and eager to contribute to innovation and team learning.

What we’re looking for

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience running paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta (B2B experience preferred).
• Confident managing full campaign workflows from planning and setup through to optimisation and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of social media performance metrics, measurement strategies, and platform-specific best practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and meaningful recommendations.
• Experience using reporting dashboards and tools such as Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
• A collaborative mindset — excited to work as part of a cross-functional team.
• A passion for innovation and staying current with the latest in paid social and digital marketing.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or CoPilot) to support ideation, audience development, or campaign optimisation.
• A self-starter attitude with a passion for continuous learning, personal development, and exploring new ways to grow your skillset.
• Previous experience in a media agency or fast-paced marketing environment is a plus.

What you’ll be doing

• Plan, set up, manage, and optimise paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta supporting both awareness and demand generation goals.
• Translate briefs into media plans and tactical channel recommendations, aligning with B2B funnel strategies and platform best practices.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, proactively adjusting targeting, bidding, and creative to drive efficiency and meet KPIs.
• Deliver insightful reporting and performance analysis, using data to tell compelling stories and inform future strategies.
• Act as a day-to-day contact for clients and internal stakeholders, communicating clearly and confidently around campaign progress, opportunities, and optimisations.
• Support campaign QA and budget pacing to ensure accurate setup and delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, creative, content, analytics, and client services teams to align paid social with broader program goals.
• Stay up to date with social platform changes, testing opportunities, and emerging formats to fuel innovation.
