We have one opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Paralegal to join our Real Estate Finance team, specialising particularly within Conventional Lending. You will mainly focus on dealing with reports on title and processing completions in a close-knit and fast-paced team. This role would suit someone who enjoys and works well under pressure, is looking for excellent development in a collaborative team and exposure to quality clients

What you will be doin

• g:Working independently and managing your own caseload which includes drafting enquiries, letters, emails and other corresponden
• ceReviewing title and accompanying legal documen
• tsPreparing reports on tit
• leDrafting security documen
• tsVarious legal resear
• chDrafting redemption documents such as DS1s and deed of releas
• esActing as a role model and supervising more junior staff within the team when requir
• edDealing with all relevant duties in relation to completions and registration at Companies House and the Land Registr
• y.Dealing with clients and firms of solicitors in a professional manner and maintaining close conta
