Hiring: Senior Pensions and Projects Administrator

London, UK (Hybrid & Flexible Working)

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Pensions and Projects Administrator to join their pensions team and support the delivery of high-quality pension administration and projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage complex day-to-day pensions administration across Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes
• Perform and review benefit calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed SLAs
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, acting as a subject matter expert
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pensions legislation and identify process or communication improvements
• Support and deliver pensions projects, including pension increases, benefit statements, newsletters, and member presentations or one-to-one sessions
• Handle member queries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Support colleagues during peak periods, projects, or absences to ensure continuity of service

Skills and experience required:

• Strong technical pensions knowledge with extensive DB and DC administration experience
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience
• High attention to detail, strong numeracy skills, and confidence working independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
