Senior People Manager
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum,+ excellent benefits, including 27 days holiday, 2:1 pension (up to 12% employer contribution), plus many more
Location: London/Hybrid with time in our office approximately once per week

That’s nearly a third of all adults in the UK.
We are Fair4All Finance. We are a not-for-profit organisation working with Financial Services providers to improve the financial wellbeing of people in vulnerable circumstances by increasing access to fair, affordable and appropriate financial products and services.
We are continuing our work following our latest round of funding, and as a result we are now seeking a Senior People Manager to join our People Team, to work closely with the Director of People leading day-to-day people operations, managing a People Assistant to provide high quality people guidance and support to teams.
You will lead people project work, designing and developing effective and efficient processes and policies and everything else which comes with being a generalist in a people related role in a growing organisation.
The role will also play an important part in developing a positive and inclusive working culture and developing a practical and engaging approach to how we embed equality, diversity and inclusion actions. As well as strengthening our employer brand to help attract diverse, talented and committed people who are aligned with our values and motivated by our mission.

Founded in 2019, we are funded from the Dormant Assets Scheme. The scheme is led by the financial industry and backed by the UK government. This makes it possible for money in dormant bank and building society accounts to be used to help good causes.
