We’re searching for a Senior People Partner to join our People Team in our UK&I region, so that we can strengthen our people strategy, enhance workforce capabilities, and drive business alignment across our growing global organisation. The Senior People Partner will leverage deep HR expertise to deliver strategic people solutions and partner with business leaders to enable future-ready teams.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Developing people strategy roadmaps that align workforce priorities with organisational goals and long-term commercial success.
- Advising senior leaders on talent, organisational effectiveness, and culture in both corporate and customer-facing functions (customer operations, commercial, sales, marketing) to drive sustained business value.
- Designing and implementing talent frameworks for succession planning, leadership development, and inclusive, high-performance cultures.
- Presenting people analytics and insights in compelling, data-led story formats to influence strategic business decisions.
- Facilitating organisational design, change enablement, and culture initiatives that strengthen engagement, resilience, and adoption of new ways of working.
- Coaching senior leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness, inspire teams, and improve the overall employee experience.
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
- 7+ years’ experience as a strategic HR/People Partner, ideally in fast-paced, matrixed, and customer-facing environments.
- Proven success in developing and delivering people strategy roadmaps that support organisational goals.
- In-depth knowledge of UK & Ireland employment legislation, with working knowledge of other EU jurisdictions (e.g., Germany, Sweden).
- Expertise in organisational change, talent management, workforce analytics, and embedding inclusive, values-driven cultures.
- Strong organisational design skills — able to simplify complexity, reshape structures, and visualise solutions that create clarity.
- Proven commercial and tech/product business acumen — understanding how product-led businesses operate and what drives commercial success.
- Gravitas and presence to influence senior stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and build trust across functions and geographies.
- A collaborative, relationship-led approach that brings people along and fosters cross-functional alignment.
- Solution orientation and the ability to use data storytelling to shape decisions and design people-centered solutions.
- Genuine interest in making healthcare safer and enabling teams to thrive.
- Ability to commute to our London office three days a week (hybrid working model).
