Senior Performance Marketing Manager
We are a currently partnered with a rapidly growing DTC subscription e-commerce business, dedicated to bettering the lives of their customers through a superior product. They are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join their Growth team and drive the next phase of expansion across the UK. This role is crucial for maintaining their strong growth trajectory over the next five years. Reporting to the Growth Director, you will be instrumental in spearheading the execution and optimisation of full-funnel digital campaigns across paid and organic channels. You will manage and develop a small team, directly overseeing a defined annual budget of £5m+, and be responsible for the profitable steering of this investment to acquire new customers, boost brand awareness, and enhance customer LTV and retention. Your efforts will involve shaping forward-looking marketing strategies, working collaboratively with Creative and Product teams to align their digital roadmap with growth objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on expert with solid digital marketing experience in a DTC or e-commerce environment, possessing an investigative mindset and a passion for achieving ambitious targets. You must demonstrate proficiency in the technical management and optimisation of core channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, and SEO, and be fluent in performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and ROI. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of growing brands and managing teams, excellent reporting skills, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to both internal stakeholders and leadership.
