Senior Specialised Rotational Physiotherapist (Band 6)

An Exciting Opportunity Has Presented Itself For a Senior Physiotherapist. The Successful Candidate Will Rotate Across The Royal Stoke And County Hospital Sites And Includes The Following Specialities:
- Cardiothoracics
- Paediatrics
- Orthopaedics (#NOF, Elective, ARTU, Trauma & Outpatients)
- Neurosurgery/Neurology
Main duties of the job
This experience will give the post holder an excellent opportunity to develop their leadership and management skills, as well as building clinical expertise that will enhance and broaden clinical skills.
Supervision will be provided by the Advanced Therapists and Principal Therapists; continuous development is supported through appraisal, internal training and external learning. The 12 months will offer the opportunity to complete rotation objectives and either an audit or service evaluation project
The University Hospital of North Midlands is located on 2 hospital sites and the post works within a 7 day shift system which includes weekend, late shift, bank holidays and on-call working.
