Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior PLM Engineer to join our business as we continue to scale.
This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the PLM system and the accuracy and integrity of product data.

You'll Spend Your Time
- Managing the PLM system, including set up and configuration, creating and managing users and granting permissions
- Creating and maintaining product data, updating product structures, part lists, and other product information
- Managing product workflows for different stages of the product lifecycle, such as design, engineering, manufacturing, and support
- Setting up and managing collaboration tools and processes, and facilitating communication between different teams involved in the product lifecycle
- Generating and managing reports and dashboards to track product progress
- Identifying potential problems, and measuring the performance of the PLM system
- Providing training and support to users and troubleshooting problems
- Optimising the design data management process
- Managing the interface through APIs between various data management tools within and outside the organization
The Key Experience We're Looking For
- Experience with creating, managing, and maintaining product data, including product structures, part lists, and other product information
- Managing workflows for different stages of the product lifecycle, such as design, engineering, manufacturing, and support
- Setting up and managing collaboration tools and processes and facilitating communication between different teams involved in the product lifecycle
The Following Would Be Advantageous
- Certification as a PLM Professional (C-PLM) would be highly advantageous
- Experience with Windchill PLM & SolidWorks
