Description

We’re looking for a talented Senior Pricing Analyst to join Addleshaw Goddard’s high-performing Pricing team. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our pricing strategy for major client mandates and panel appointments, working closely with partners and wider stakeholders to drive profitability and innovation across the firm.

What You'll Do:

Support the firm’s pricing governance framework and advise the Pricing Advisory Committee.
Develop and implement pricing strategies for major panel appointments and significant mandates.
Become a subject matter expert in the BigHand Pricing Tool, delivering training and in-life pricing support.
Prepare pricing proposals for RFPs, balancing client needs with profitability. • Conduct profitability and sensitivity analysis across sectors and clients.
Identify and deliver revenue and profitability enhancement opportunities.
Collaborate on pricing-related projects to improve efficiency and internal reporting.

Who We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a pricing role within a law firm or professional services environment.

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and Power BI experience.

Excellent communicator, able to build relationships across all levels.

Commercially minded, resilient, and adaptable to changing priorities.

Proven ability to deliver creative, pragmatic solutions in a fast-paced environment.
