We are hiring for a London-based, FCA-regulated brokerage and prime brokerage firm providing institutional investors with multi-asset access to global markets through high-touch and low-touch solutions.
We are seeking an experienced Prime Brokerage Sales professional with a strong track record in multi-asset products to help grow and manage relationships with hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, and other professional trading clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Originate and develop new prime brokerage client relationships, with a focus on family
offices, treasuries, and active trading accounts.
• Drive revenue growth through tailored solutions across fixed income, interest rate, and
options markets.
• Collaborate closely with internal trading, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure
smooth onboarding and client servicing.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, market structure, and regulatory
requirements to provide consultative, value-added sales.
• Represent our company at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Contribute to shaping the firm’s prime brokerage product offering and client strategy.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in prime brokerage sales, with a successful track record of
client acquisition and relationship management.
• Multi-asset expertise, ideally including bonds, interest rates, and options.
• Strong existing network of institutional and professional investors (family offices, treasuries,
asset managers, trading groups).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust and credibility with
senior decision-makers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently while collaborating within a
team-oriented environment.
• Deep understanding of market structure, clearing, settlement, and regulatory frameworks
related to prime brokerage.
