Position Overview:

They are seeking an experienced and driven Prime Brokerage Sales professional to join their London team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in prime brokerage sales (5+ years), with strong knowledge across multi-asset products, particularly bonds, interest rates, and options. This individual will play a key role in expanding their client base—building and managing relationships with hedge funds, family offices, corporate treasuries, asset managers, and professional trading firms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate and develop new prime brokerage client relationships, with a focus on hedge funds, family offices, treasuries, and traders.
  • Drive revenue growth through tailored solutions across fixed income, interest rate, and options markets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, market structure, and regulatory requirements to provide consultative, value-added sales.
  • Represent GBM Securities at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Contribute to shaping the firm’s prime brokerage product offering and client strategy.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in prime brokerage sales, with a successful track record of client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Multi-asset expertise, ideally including bonds, interest rates, and options.
  • Strong existing network of institutional and professional investors (hedge funds, family offices, treasuries, asset managers, trading groups).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust and credibility with senior decision-makers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-oriented environment.
