Job Description
Dove & Hawk are now partnered with a highly experienced and independent estate agency, based in
Surbiton. They are looking for an experienced
Sales Consultant to focus on their
high-end listings.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Arranging, attending and conducting viewings.
- Handling high value transactions
- Generating valuation opportunities within the patch.
- Price reductions when necessary.
- Providing detailed viewing feedback to vendors.
- Presenting and negotiating qualified offers to ensure the best outcome for all parties involved.
- Produce the relevant paperwork required.
Requirements Of The Role
- Preferably 2 years' experience in London's residential sales market, 12 months minimum.
- The ability to handle high value transactions with care
- In depth knowledge of the sales process, and file progression
- Local knowledge of Surbition, Kingston, Long Ditton, Berrylands, Hinchley Wood and Thames Ditton
- A full UK Driving Licence and your own car
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong IT Skills
What's On Offer
- Basic Salary: £28,000-£30,000 (open to a guarantee)
- OTE: £65,000 1st year (uncapped)
- You will be the prime property negotiator, primarily dealing with their high-end stock; priced £800K - £2M+
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm / Saturdays by appointment only
- Car Provision: Full UK drivers' license and access to your own car, £4,200 car allowance provided.
