As leaders in nature-led urbanism and with exciting growth across our UK and international markets were looking for imaginative, driven, and collaborative Landscape Architects at Senior or Principal level to join our Leeds or Manchester studios.

The Role
Think of this role as a creative adventure with real responsibility. Youll work on inspiring and diverse projects both at home and overseas from concept to delivery surrounded by a team thats passionate, supportive, and genuinely loves what they do.
Well give you space to explore ideas, the tools to excel, and the trust to make your mark. In return, were looking for someone who brings energy, imagination and ambition to every stage of the design process.
What Youll Bring
- At least 5+ years of professional experience
- A genuine design spark originality, curiosity and a strong creative voice
- A degree and post grad in Landscape Architecture; CMLI or equivalent preferred
- A portfolio that tells a story: from loose sketches and big ideas right through to the detail that gets things built
- Experience delivering projects in the UK and internationally (ideally Middle Eastern/arid landscapes)
- Excellent skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp ; Revit experience is a welcomed superpower
- Ability to lead work but also be hands on and deliver designs as well
- Confident communication whether verbal, written, visual or all at once
- The ability to form strong relationships with clients and collaborators
- A positive, collaborative spirit someone who lifts the team and brings joy to the craft
