About The Role
We're seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Principal to join our Transformation practice and drive growth across our diverse capability portfolio. This role combines business development leadership with hands-on delivery expertise across areas such as HR Transformation, Workforce Modernisation, Modern Product Organisation, Transformation Leadership, Operational Improvement, Operating Model and Organisation Design.
As a growth focused leader, you'll shape how we bring our transformation offerings to market while ensuring exceptional client outcomes. We're looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, crafting compelling propositions, and turning opportunities into lasting partnerships.
What You Will Do
Drive Business Growth
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our transformation offerings
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach
- Lead the development of complex, multi-faceted proposals that showcase our unique value
- Own the commercial aspects of deals from inception through contract negotiation
- Build lasting relationships with C-suite executives and key decision makers
Lead Client Delivery
- Serve as a trusted advisor on transformation initiatives, providing steady leadership through complex change
- Leverage your expertise across transformation disciplines to design innovative solutions
- Ensure seamless delivery that exceeds client expectations and creates opportunities for growth
- Guide teams through challenging engagements while maintaining commercial viability
Shape Our Practice
- Collaborate with leadership to evolve our transformation offerings based on market insights
- Mentor team members in both business development and delivery excellence
- Contribute to thought leadership that positions Slalom as a transformation partner of choice
What You Will Bring
- Proven track record in business development within professional services, with demonstrated success in winning and growing complex accounts
- Deep expertise in one or more transformation disciplines - we value quality over quantity
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programs from pursuit through delivery
- Natural ability to translate client challenges into compelling commercial propositions
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibilities
- Authentic leadership style that builds trust with clients and inspires teams
