Description

Our client, a Tier 1 law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Privacy Lawyer to join its high-calibre legal and compliance function, supporting the firm’s global operations.

The role:

Advising on a wide range of privacy and data protection matters, including GDPR compliance, data incidents, DSARs, DPIAs and international data transfers. You’ll work closely with legal, risk, IT and business teams, providing pragmatic, commercial advice on complex cross-border issues.

About you:

• Qualified UK lawyer with strong 6+ years of post-qualification experience in privacy/data protection

• Excellent knowledge of UK, EU and international data protection frameworks

• Experience drafting and negotiating data protection and transfer arrangements

• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders in a global environment
