Senior Private Client Solicitor – Surrey-Based Law Firm

An established and well-regarded law firm in Surrey is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to lead their Private Client department.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced solicitor to take on a leadership role, managing a team and driving the continued success and growth of the private client offering within the firm.

The Role

You will take responsibility for overseeing a broad range of private client matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection work

In addition to managing your own caseload, you’ll play a key role in mentoring junior staff, contributing to strategic planning, and engaging in business development initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate

• At least 5 years’ PQE in Private Client law
• Strong technical expertise across all core areas of private client practice
• Previous experience managing or supervising a team
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
• A commercial and proactive approach to developing the department
