Senior Procurement Manager

📍London (Hybrid)

Up to £60,000 plus bonus package

Our Client

Our client is a well established food services business in the UK and Europe. They have a great range of well known brands and offer a diverse menu across hundreds of locations.

The role

This is a newly created role and will be an integral part of the procurement team. The role will be both strategic and hands on, with an opportunity to work closely with the Head of Procurement and Supply Chain Director.

You will join an already established and thriving procurement team and the role offers lots of development opportunities and career progression.

Responsibilities include;

Lead the procurement across various ingredients and food categories.
Building long term and strategic relationships with global suppliers.
Working closely with the technical team, to support new menu launches.
Managing a wide range of internal stakeholders including the senior leadership team.

Leading and negotiating on various supplier contracts.

Ensuring 'procurement best practice' is implemented.

Required experience

5 + years of procurement experience, sourcing ingredients or food procurement
Experienced working within the Food Services or Hospitality industry
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong influencing skills
A passion for the food industry!
