We're looking for a Senior Producer with true creative vision - someone who leads with ideas, not just delivery.
This is not a production-only role. You won't be handed a brief and asked to execute - you'll be in the room where it starts. This role requires a sharp, strategic thinker who can dream big, shape concepts from the ground up, and bring bold, original thinking to the table from day one. You'll be an integral voice in the creative think tank - working side by side with brand, marketing, and production teams to originate, shape and elevate campaigns that resonate deeply with fans.
You'll have a deep cultural instinct, an editorial eye, and a love for story-driven, social-first, and experiential content that lives and breathes in the real world. If you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and love building something from scratch, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing creative team - including editors, videographers, and producers - with energy, vision and clarity
- Take the lead on ideation - shaping creative direction and campaign concepts from the very start
- Drive the creative narrative across every touchpoint: video, experiential, digital, and social
- Bring a brand to life through culturally relevant, fan-first content that feels bold, editorial, and cinematic
- Concept and build campaigns that blend storytelling, social media, artist access, and live experience
- Work closely with artists, promoters, and rights holders to create content that connects deeply with audiences
- Own and evolve the creative tone of voice across all formats and channels
- Be both a big thinker and a hands-on maker - unafraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into shoots, edits, and event days
- Stay ahead of cultural shifts, trends, and creative technologies to keep the brand fresh and relevant

- Has hands-on experience managing shoots and working across video, digital and live environments
- Is a natural collaborator and strong communicator - comfortable leading conversations with internal stakeholders, artists, and external partners
